Level creation occurs in several stages many of which you can change:
- First of all, game engine generates landscape by settings from the New Game window. You can set your own landscape through creation of custom map.
- Next, engine flattens out small area in the landing place. You can also change position and radius of this area in your map settings.
- At this point, script that named LevelDirector is performed. This is where default buildings and workers have created. You can change this behaviour as you like by overriding some of it functions.
- Finally, engine generates animals, trees and others resources on the map.
